i added u to my yahoo, u have really good arms. I hate my arms. Wondering if maybe you have any suggestions. I have begun using compound exercises for arms as well (bent over rows) and close grip bench for tri's. I have begun doing 21's to mix things up. I do arms (biceps/triceps) once a week. Not sure what I need to do for me to start seeing results.
