Ever since I was in Preschool,I had fair amount of body fat and was suffering from asthma. High school and College was tough for me because I was always the center of jokes (friends making fun of me because of my physic).
I felt very week and shy most of the time. I enrolled for gym class but dropped out in as early as 1 month over and over. Until one day, a friend of a friend died due to multiple diseases caused by obesity. I was so very scared that I decided to take this matter seriously. I browsed the internet and read a lot of books focusing on how to lose weight without taking any kind of pills because I was also tired of taking medications due to my asthma history. I enrolled at a local gym and applied everything that I learned. I also managed to change my eating habits and discovered the power of drinking a lot of water. As of now my weight is down to 145lbs from 174lbs. I feel stronger and confident and I'm on my way to adding some lean mass and shedding the bits of fat.

Stretching My Comfort Zone
Their are a lot of fad diets so I will be sticking to natural foods the entire time. The elimination of Carbohydrates and Fats will only make matters worse. Instead I can avail of them by consuming healthy carbs from fruits and veggies which are by the way are also rich in fibre. their are a lot of foods that contain healthy fats namely avocados,nuts,unprocessed coconut oils,olive oils and grass fed animal fat/free range chicken meat and eggs.

My Passion Project:
I am 5' 6", 145lbs I'm currently in between jobs. I will be heading to Bournemouth this September to pursue my dream as the "Macho Chef"
Secrets to burning Fat:
1. Plan in advance and stick to it.
2. Never blame/punish yourself when you fall off the road.
3. Look for support from family and friends.
My GAME Play Strategy:
I am focused on burning fat while keeping my hard earned lean muscles so I decided to approach my workout routine on a day to day basis: Warm up using body weight for 2 sets.
I chose complex workouts that uses challenging weights on most of my trainings with minimal rests in between sets and dedicate 1 day for Power lifting to maintain the muscles with longer periods of rests in between sets. cool down with sets of body weight.
Skills I Have:
By April 2010 I want to lose 5-10lbs of the last bit of fat:
.Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Friday-variety of weight training with Interval Training at the end for Mondays and Thursdays
.Wednesday and Saturday-High Intensity Interval Training on off days with stretching in the morning and Rest and Recovery after
.Everyday target for sleep is 8 Hours.
.Wholefood diet- avoid processed foods.probably 5-7 small meals(based on fruits and veggies and 1 serving of any meat choice)
.Drink a lot of water
.Social Support on Sundays
