- After participating in FAME UK 2010 last year as a challenge I really got addicted to training and healthy eating lifestyle.
I love it. I have decided to participate this year in FAME UK 2011 to compete this time! so I have 6 months from now to get physically ready...

- In the quest of happiness, working toward my dream body.
I have only just recently started my journey to health and fitness. I have in the last 7 months stopped eating junk food, drinking tea, coffee, sodas. I have made excercise a compolsury daily activity in my life. I started relaxation/meditation to help me focus and visualize my goals. Everyday I try to do all these little changes and actions which bring me closer to my goal which is : to be proud of my body.

- I am a still a newbiieeeeee but got addicted!
I have stared my journey and challenge to get my dream body by June 2011 it means to me: having a beautiful healthy, functional body to be proud of. Let's not forget the 6 pack! my husband keeps teasing me about this ...but will get my 6 pack before him !
I have accomplished goal #1 : to participate in a bikini competition
woooo wooooooo! It was such an amazing experience !!!
now I am starting goal #2: participate in order to compete to FAME UK.
I have 6 months to acheive goal #2.
I lost over 1 stone in the last 18 weeks and over 2 dress sizes. My energy levels are high up!

but I have good people around me: my dedicated husband - joining me out for a jog every morning and giving me a nice rub when my muscles are saying...enough we need a break !
