Bootcamps and any group training is a great way to get and stay in shape. You can achieve your fitness goals faster and have so much more fun seeing that their are other people there as well to encourage you and people who are there fighting so hard to achieve some if not all of your same goals.

There are many ways to get and stay in shape so don't give up, be positive. A better life is there for all of us as long as we aren't being too selfish about it.
