I am 13 weeks away from my first BB competition in Toronto, Ont. I weih 170lbs, I am 14.11% BF and am on a cutting diet now... sticking as tight as possible. I train 6 days per week and now I need to up my cardio. am so excited for this, it is the hardest gaol I have ever worked so hard for. It is not about winning or being first, it is about proving to myself I look the best I ever have!!! :)

In becoming the ME i desire to be, I Dare myself to master my empowerment in the following ways AND here is why:
Eat healthy, eat clean, get up everyday and have a plan of physical excecise you will accomplish!!! Think of where you want to see yourself, and you will get there! Stay strong everyday!!
I have already been stepping up to my own plate / daring myself to stretch my comfort zone and here are some of my results and proud moments.
2 Weeks ago, I leg pressed 600lbs!!! A few times I have been asked by strangers if I was a pro BB, that made me feel so good, knowing other people can see the hard work I put into this, into me.
I Feel Passionate About:
I am at 14.11% BF, my first bodybuilding competition is in 13 weeks in Toronto. I am so excited knowing I am going to be on a stage looking the best I ever have in my life!!! I train 6 days a week... and some days I want to skip the gym.. but I make myself go, then only way to achieve your goals is to work HARD to get there, it will pay off.
