I am a Kansas City, Missouri Firefighter/EMT and since I have been on the job in 2006 I had gained over 30 pounds. When I did my last physicals the doctor's told me I was overweight and at risk for heart disease and that it look like my kidneys were failing. I wasn't claiming this and so I set a goal after speaking with my physician to lose weight. He wanted me to lose 10 pounds but instead I lost 23 pounds and I feel amazing. I have been back in the gym for 2 months now and I thank God for the improvement I made and I am striving further!

Hey partner, nice to hear your movin in the right direction, keep it up! as fitness modeling.. just have fun with it. and always stay focused on what it is you truly want.. if you stay focused the rest takes care of itself..
For me my most important thing was LEARN.. learn about what each food you eat contains and what it does.. learn what your body needs for each stage.. then work around that when making diets.. keeps them delicious and useful! Good luck!
Thanks for the add and the compliment. I am still a work in progress, but I plan on competiting in my first show in Aug of this year. I wish you the best in all you do and keep up the good work your looking good yourself.
