I have been training for 3 years as a bodybuilder. I have competed for NPA Physique U55kg or UKBFF Bodyfitness. I qualified for the UKBFF British Championships in may winning my class at the London and S.E Championships.
What Made Me "ME"
My role model wen I competed as a physique competitor was Carol Strreter Npa British Champion lots of times. Now im in Body fitness/figure its Jamie Eason. She is very beautiful, commited, focused and has a body to admire and be proud of. She inspires me to keep focused off season as well as preparing for contest.
My Body Proud Moments
my hobbie is my job, i love my job. Im surrounded by fitness, nutrition, being motivated. I read alot of supplements whcih I need to be on top of, most of my clients are men. With my shit how leg muscle they all want to have good legs so I train them till there sick and are crawling out the gym!
I am always greatful for advice, as long as I see why its needed!

I have my own Personal Trainer business "Smart Fitness & Personal Training". My commitment to the sport of bodybuilding inspires my clients to work hard. Without trained women like Marina Cornwall, Carol Streeter and Jamie Eason constantely setting the standard, Bodybuilding wouldnt be such a powerful sport!
Stretching My Comfort Zone
Nutrition is very important. There is no point in hard, focused training if ur not prepared to support it with a good diet. Nutrition is your bodies fuel and without good fuel there is no good preformance. Training and fitness on what ever level is important, for confidence, your bones, tendons etc and keeping physically healthy will support you in every day life, ie in work, with sleep and attidude to life. And having a structured fitness schudule with help with keep focused in your whole life. Healty diet, good sleep pattern and training support a clever, together life.
Talents I Wish to Hone.
My life only started when I was 24 and just keeps getting better with hard work, being better to myslef and excepting we might not get delt the best hand but we can change our fortune. Get rid of negitive people in life and surround yourself with goodness!

And other competitors I admire for there input where needed. And lastely Id like to thank my father for giving me the toned altheltic body unlike my mother bottom heavy.
