My "Proud ME" Story:

Caroline holds a BSc in Exercise Science, QTS status in Qualified Physical Education and posses a wide range of other health and fitness qualifications and experience in the fitness industry, Caroline is currently a REPS Level 3 Certified Instructor.

Caroline runs her own Personal Training business part time along side her fulltime job.Caroline is a true athlete she has appeared on national TV in a series of game shows hosted by ITV, she has played football, for her local team for several years and played team based sports as child both at school level and higher, she has ran a marathon, but she could never fInd something that suited her individual style, until recently ....she loves training in the gym and its her vice at the side of chocolate of course...lol...
