I have been weight training for many years. Im ready to step it up a notch. Getting to the gym is not my problem, my diet is. I have recently relized that in order to get the results I want, I need to make an effort to change my diet, not just talk about it.

Im ready to start my journey as a healthy, fit person. I am going to start cutting the surgar today which, is my weekness. today I will start telling myself that I can do it. I can eat healthy, I don't need the comfort of sugary foods to make me happy. I will also start telling my self that sugar/junk food WAS my weekness.
Skills I Have:
I would like to give myself 6 months to reach my goal. My goal to get a sculpted physique, just in time for summer. who knows I might even enter a contest. my plan is to get to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and eat like a person who would be in training for competition.
