Thanks brother, That means alot. It is tough at times but we all realize how imortant fitness is in relation to our jobs. It is challenging though. Right now we are doing some cross fit training which allows me to maintain my power, strength and cardio. But I do dedicate some workouts to look good though.Ha. Vegas huh, no that sounds like a plan. I love to make it but it is too soon to tell. However i do plan to compete in the Annaul Texas Shredder in Austin, Tx.
Stay in touch brother. Its hard for me to check mybodyproud website due to the fact that it is considered a social network. My yahoo email is chapa10@yahoo.com

Hi Tirandeep, Thank you so much for the message... and for reading my profile. I couldn't have read your story at a better time. I just came in from the gym and was quite upset that an old judo shoulder injury is creeping up on me. Just today I'm starting to notice that shoulder failing before my other muscles are fatigued.. very frustrating. Reading about what you overcame really gave me a boost.

I just decided to try this competition a couple days ago. I'm nervous but totally stoked to have a new challenge.

Take care and keep going hard for 2010!
Tanya
