My "Proud ME" Story:
I was always on the heavier side and threw dedication, hardwork, strong devotion to change my look of my body I finally feel that I have done that now. It took about 15 years in the gym aswell as playing sports my whole life. You'll never seen anyone like me anymore...I'm told by many bodybuilders that I'm really "rare"(meaning steroid free)
What Made Me "ME"
A car mechanic who saw my determination for bodybuilding and took me under his wing and eventually threw him met a bodybuilder who taught me everything. Also my boxing coach for alot of motivation and encouragement.
My Body Proud Moments
Finding a Contest for someone like me(steroid free)
Stretching My Comfort Zone
Fitness isn't just something you do for a year or two and then is a lifestyle that you continue forever.
Talents I Wish to Hone.
I started from 220lbs of being fat and chubby, and got it down to 185lbs after 2 years, and then slowly over many years got my weight back up to 200lbs of healthy body weight. My body only puts on about 2lbs of muscle each year, and when I was loosing the weight... it came off about 2lbs a month(very slowly)
My Passion Project:
I'm 6'2"tall, 200lbs,44"chest, 34"waist, 15"biceps, very normal natural looking body, very well balanced(porportionate body).
My Philosophy / Message / Wisdom:
A bodybuilder who steered me away from steroids and stuff like that...told me that it takes time to develope a physique... he was patient with me.

My GAME Play Strategy:
To one day compete in a bodybuilding contest for Naturals Beginners and hopefully be recogonized for my dedication to fitness and inspire someone who is heavy.
Skills I Have:
Work out 5x aweek, rest, eat healthier, and get the supplements and hydration needed to recover from the workouts.

Hey Sunny!  I stopped by this site a few years back to "check out this awesome site" and look where I am now!! I'm putting on an event on December 9th you should check it out! It may be right up your alley!  All I have to say is be prepared to be INSPIRED!
