Please to whoever can help me. I have seen gains almost everywhere, EXCEPT my biceps. I have begun doing compound exercises, today, such as narrow grip bench for tri's and also bent rows for the (biceps) besides a host of other exercises I was already doing I have been doing 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps. I have been doing arms once a week. Any suggestions would be great, I am sick of having weaker/small/ arms :(
