Richard Stadnyk the founder of Body Concepts Dynamic Personal Training has a vast array of training experience that extends 15 plus years which you will receive when working with him. He has worked with young athletes on improving their sports performance to guiding seniors on improving their overall functionality. Combining his engineering background, and professional certifications to create a unique program for generating explosive power for sports of all kinds. Through his analysis of movement and body mechanics, he has been able to increase performance in athletes and has trained many Canadian champions in varied sport venues.
Helping clients reach a new fitness level is very rewarding. Personal goals attained by many include a decrease in body fat, increase in lean muscle mass, improvement in cardiovascular fitness, as well as core and overall strength. By providing clients with nutritional support and ideas to make healthier food choices, optimal results are attained more quickly.
