My Facts 'n Stats:: My name is Pierre and I am 31 years old even though I don't feel that age. Love camping, mountain biking , kayaking and playing hockey. Of course I love to workout every day. Grew up on a farm north of Edmonton and still love going back to the open country.

My Background // My 'Story": Always loved to work out and constantly playing sports from hockey to baseball. Enjoy camping, kayaking and mountain biking. Have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do from an early age and love martial arts.

Training with Team PhysiqueFX

WOW!! It' only been a little over a month and the progress is amazing! Gained 1 inch in size on my chest and 1/2 inche on my arms. Gained some solid weight to cap it all off. Any one who wants to push themselves to the next level need to get a hold of Micheal and join the Team PhysiqueFX.

Well, another week has gone by and still I am seeing lots of improvements. I've got more power already and have gained 5 solid pounds . Micheal's program has certainly raised the bar up for me and I love it. Hopefully I will blow people away at the Czech Republic in October.

Training with Team PhysiqueFX

Into week three and already see improvement in my workouts. Definately will be getting stronger . It's so nice to have a different program to keep you motivated. I'm at a weight that I usually am at in the off season and already pretty jacked. There is no doubt I have made the right choice for a new trainer.

Team Physique FX

I am now part of the Team Physique FX with Micheal Elias training me. Week one of my program was good and can tell that I will definately be getting thicker in the next couple months. Very exciting to join something to kick start my body into getting even bigger. Of course doing it 100 percent naturally. It's hard work but soo worth it! Thanks Micheal. The title says it all. Needed to say a big thank you to Jeff and Mindy, fellow competitors and to my family and friends that supported me this year. It is an absolute honor to be the new FAME world champ and will work hard to do best I can to represent Body Proud and FAME. It is amazing how many friends I have made since competing and appreciate what has been given to me.

Good luck in all your up coming events . i have just competed in my first fame comp on oct 17 calgary . I placed 1st for the masters div . it was a great experance . i also did a toned twosome duo with my daughter . that was also a fame first time for the event we placed 2nd and had a great time . look forward to a long competive history with fame . hope to meet you at a event some day .
