Starting my 2nd week...

... of P90X. I like the program. Its a mixture of exercises. Like Tony said... muscle confusion. I was really sore the first week. Feeling better this week.

Hello all,

I ordered P90X. I already have Insanity. When I get my P90X DVD's I will do a hybrid program of both. I have not completed the full 60 days of Insanity because I like to mix things up. Im seven pounds down. I wish it were more. However, its my own lack of proper nutrition. I could eat cleaner more often. BUT I am doing something to improve my health. Live Fit and be Body Proud! Happy Labor Day!!
