I am one of the owners and presidents of the FAME World Tour. You can see the banners to upcoming shows down the right side. Hope to see you all there!!! :-))

I have 3 boyz (all dogs - lol - very cute, I may add). I love to read, learn, meet our athletes, socialize and do anything active.

Hope to see you out at the FAME World Tour ( showcasing your Body Proud physique or being a screaming fan!) :-)

I am also the Chief Critique Judge for the organization.

* The "Body" is the most important thing you own... and it's the foundation for everything (your health, your thoughts, your physical abilities, your confidence etc).... So treat it right!

My Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness &/or Focused Thinking:

It is my belief that everyone in this community should come out to the FAME World Tour - whether to compete, meet up with fellow Body Proud community members, to get further inspired and/or for fantastic fun!

Once you make the choice to say I AM BODY PROUD you can then use specific events in the FAME World Tour as targets to reach your goals and then showcase your new Body Proud physique to the world! :-)

There are physique showcase competitions for all types of physiques - from sexy curves to muscled bodybuilders. Setting a date helps to keep you focused and on track to ensure all your goals are met.

Be sure to join the groups and events that most interest you. That way you will be kept updated on all news and announcements and you can be a part of the discussions, so your voice is heard!
