Experience, Awareness, or Life Lesson that Enriched ME:
Physical fitness and health have been a part of my life since I can remember...since my mom was "working out" to cassette tapes when I was 5 years old!!!!!!!! LOL and I used to do them with her. Oh yeah I had a pink body suit with matching leg warmers and everything! So what!?!?!? LOL Nothing feels better than to work your body till it feels like it can't possibly go any further, nothing feels better than a compliment from a stranger as to how you inspire them and give them hope, nothing feels better than the "runner's high", nothing feels better than the sweat you feel drenched in from a perfect workout in the south Florida weather, I could go on forever...but most of all, nothing feels better than knowing that you can set an amazing example for your kids and teach them "healthy" ways in so many aspects of life be it physically, mentally, or emotionally. They are my biggest inspiration:-)
Talents I Wish to Hone.
2008: Disney Marathon; goal was under 4 hours and I achieved it:-)
2009: Graduating with my Master in Mental Health Counseling
2008-2010: Played for the first ever professional woman's football league... Miami Caliente of the Lingerie Football League. I was the face of the league and spokesperson for my team. I played offense and defense...I was probably the smallest girl in the league, but as one of my favorite quotes states':
“It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.”
My Passion Project:
I'm a 32 year old single mother of two looking to break in to the fitness world. I am all about networking at this point. Simple enough:-)
Areas I wish to Solve / Resolve / Enrich:
Parent, Healthcare, Model
My Philosophy / Message / Wisdom:
Everything I've overcome, everything positive in my life, my kids, and my ability to keep on keeping on!!!!! Life is short, you live once, live it without regret. You only have one shot!
I've learned timing is everything, but we usually don't have any control over that....so I have no time limit's. What I DO know, is I will always reach my goals. All you need is the heart and desire to do so.
