I am highly qualified ftiness Instructor, Personal trainer,
Working out in the gym is my daily life style routine.
I live a healthy life style, I don't drink, I don't smoke, and
I don't go out clubbing. I rather be at home, reading all
Fitness books, and do my fitness planning program.
Yes I am a fitness freak indeed. I Love my job, and my
passion, and my motivation, and goal, is all about
Teaching, and help people to get into shape.

Well, I am only 5ft 1 tall, so I am petite and smart woman.
But it comes to my body I am always insecured about
it. but I"ll always love sports and I am athlete so it helps
me gain confident, and start thinking what should I do to look
good, not only outside but also in the inside meaning
"healthy" so I start doing my fitness course and the rest is a long story.....but I am proud to where I am now...its a pay off!!
I have already been stepping up to my own plate / daring myself to stretch my comfort zone and here are some of my results and proud moments.
