Being able to find something that you like about getting/staying healthy and fit. Have a workout partner or more, having a great support system, stepping up on your own, finding healthier foods that you will actually eat.

It may seem like a lot but when you have a trainer or coach to help you or just have the resource(s) you need to achieve your goal(s) then you will be fine. Trust in the process, give it time, keep going, make it fun and you will be a…

As an owner and trainer of Fuller Fitness and someone who cares I wish that people focused on the way that they feel about themselves more than how other people feel about them. If you do not like yourself the feelings of others will never matter as much as some may think if at all.

Let's use fitness more. You may not feel like going but you feel so much better when you are done.

Group training/fitness

Bootcamps and any group training is a great way to get and stay in shape. You can achieve your fitness goals faster and have so much more fun seeing that their are other people there as well to encourage you and people who are there fighting so hard to achieve some if not all of your same goals.

There are many ways to get and stay in shape so don't give up, be positive. A better life is there for all of us as long as we aren't being too selfish about it.

I am beginning to train baby boomers and elderly now, it is wondeful. I love training the older folks because it is more fun, less strenuous, more of a need to train them than the younger generation.

I hear alot of talk about traning elderly because they have more money but it has never been about just that for me. I have wanted to be a certified personal trainer since I was 12 years old and now I am doing it. Seeing how happy people are when their physical goals are achieved and… Continue
