My GAME Play Strategy:
To increase my stability, endurance, agility and mobility especially my range of neck/shoulder motion due to accident. My abs are a mess as I had emergency surgery for my bowel (seatbelt went through it) and then I attained an incisional hernia on top of the scar. Two surgeries, one abdomen :( Lots of mesh.
