After taking 2 years off; due to extenuating circumstances.....I am back. My goal is to be as (or more) developed and strong as I was 12 years ago; when I was at my best. The challenge is to train smarter and know when I need to push and when I need to rest. When I was younger--all I knew was push and push harder :)

I am A+, I have no allergies, I hate oatmeal, love any kind of protein and vegetable, I only eat whole wheat grains. Breakfast I eat, 3 to 4 egg whites and 1 yolk, half a grapefruit, coffee. Then it's off to teach aerobic class, home for snack of protein drink and whole wheat toast w/butter. Then off to teach another class. Home for lunch a salad w/chicken and low fat dressing, I try to get another snack in there before my next class. Usally a protein drink. Then home for dinner, fish or chicken, veg. I teach about 9-11 aerobic classes per week, plus I weight lift 5 x's per week. I am just about ready to get over breast inplant surgery and I ready to hit it hard.
Lynn you look great. I was lookng at your pictures and you are stunningly beautiful. Wow, a real attractive lady. I really enjoy bodybuilding and competing. I an in a bulking phase right now. I like the challenge of physically lifting weights because I am behind a desk for most of the day. I am going to take it easy on the cardio for a month to add more muscle to my frame. What are your fitness goals?
