My Story: My Triumphs // My Goals // My Dreams // My Why
I love being at the gym, but never rank it over my family. Life is about balancing out the people and things you love. To set an example for others inspires me.
My Transformation Experiences: (start point / obstacles / milestones / triumphs)
In 2007 my husband and I were separating and I lost my job of 18 years. The stress of it all seemed to taking over my body and my mind. I decided to join the gym, there I was taken under the wing of Dave Avery, he inspired me and pushed me to compete. The complete focus of it all got me through the toughest time in my life. It showed me I could do anything with determination and commitment. I am now going back to school to persue the career of being a law enforcement officer.
In becoming the ME i desire to be, I Dare myself to master my empowerment in the following ways AND here is why:
Diet and exercise go hand in hand to get the results you want. Always allow yourself to a treat everynow and again without feeling guilty, When you crave something it is usually your body telling you it needs it.
I have already been stepping up to my own plate / daring myself to stretch my comfort zone and here are some of my results and proud moments.
Having 2 children, watching them grow into responsible, respectable, loving teenagers. They are certainly my pride and joy!!!
I Feel Passionate About:
Kimberly Johnston I am 38 years old and lead a very active lifesyle. I go to the gym everyday to exercise my body and my mind. I have competed once in April 2008 with team Avery.
My Message to You (and all those who relate to ME and my Story)
performing in front of my trainer, and knowing he was proud of what I had accomplished regardless of whether I won or not. I'm also grateful for my work out partner Natisha Debutte...she is what gets me there
I learned about this site from the intrenet. I did compete like I said in April 2008. That was a learning experience for me and I now know what I need to do to better myself.
Web Presence / Awards / Recognition / Self-Plugs:
I competed for the first time in April 2008, I place 1st in the overall female catagory. Dave Avery motivates me. His passion for what he does for himself and others is so inspiring. He treats his athletes far above superior. The time he and his wife Julie, puts toward each and every team member is just absolutely outstanding. There is never a problem too small and they make themselves available to their athletes 24 hours a day. Together Dave and Julie made me realize the person I really am and have been the biggest factor in my life as I know it now.

To get bigger and better and learn from others in the female bodybuilding field. I take alot of pride in being an all natural athlete. When I look in the mirror I KNOW that I worked hard for what I'm looking at.
