My Passion Project:
Hi I'm Justin Lord, I'm 33 years old. I started working out at the age of 13 years old after my father very "kindly" bought me my first set of weights for my birthday! I remember looking blankly back at him as if to say "and what do i do with these?"! Fortunately, with his gymnatics and ice hockey background, together, we managed to pull together some sort of routine that would probably have been looked upon as "overtraining", even for the great Arnold himself!
In the months that followed i learned more and more from books and magazines and gradually managed to cut my training time down by something in the region of an hour!!!
Thankfully I never looked back and since tried to challenge my body physically in a number of ways including becoming a Royal Marines Commando which challenged me greatly both physicaly and mentally.
My goals now lie with the fitness industry (since becoming an advanced personal trainer, sports massage therapist and nutritionist), competing in FAME (for the first time!) and to become a fitness model. I am particularly looking for a sponsorship and give it all 150% effort!
Thanks for checking out my page. Email me!

Greetings Justin. I want to congratulate you for your birthday. I wish you the best of the best in your special day and enjoy it to the maximum in company of your dear beings. I hope that your birthday brings to you the good luck for your next projects. Congratulations again and keep going on. An affectionate greeting and hug of my part.
Hi justin, How are you??? I just want to ask you a question...... what should i do if i want to keep something in focus??? for example with the food or go to the gym. Some advice from the master.
Thanks a lot.
Hey Justin How's the training coming along? With Fame moving to August I guess you're happy to have a little longer to perfect your bod!
Excuse me not answering earlier as I haven't been checking up for ages but if you're still keen to do a shoot I'd be delighted to help. Do you come to London from time to time.. perhaps we could shoot something when you're in town.
Good luck with the training.
Hey Justin, thank you for you comment of a few weeks ago. Sorry for the delay in reply. You share alot of wisdom in your profile. Its the simple things that matter the most: living in today, taking the risks, being "obsessed!" I actually didn't get to participate much as a Marine. After boot camp I found out I had a hormonal fatigue condition and the doctors said I never should have made it through. So I discovered I wasn't just lazy, like my dad had always said. =) I ended up on medical hold after only 18 months. Congrats and thank you for your service in the Royal Marines!
