Hi Jordan! How are you? Great goal and good for you for finding ways to keep yourself motivated. Lack of time can be tricky when you're trying to train. If you're short on time, go high intensity. Most importantly, keep your food in check and you'll lose that 6 inches in no time!! :) That's awesome that you have a supportive spouse too, yay!
