I am wanting to lose at least 25 lbs before the end of 2014. i have not been on the site for a while but I am ready to get back into "the game." I want to be BodyPROUD and be healthy. I am doing this because I am my mother's caretaker and I need to take care of myself so that I will not burn out.

I want to be a competent weight trainer and Zumba student.
My GAME Play Strategy:
1. Lose 25 lbs by the end of 2014
2. Start Zumba classes this Fall and work through the Zumba book
3. Start back working out at a minimum of two days a week and tone up my body
