I have been an elite Athlete most of my life,in many different sports, at National and International levels.My motivation is MYSELF!! To better my physique and Standing every time I step on stage!!!

I am planning to step back on Stage with W.N.S.O April 2009!
I retired in 1999 after my Last international competition to start our family. Watching and helping all my clients compete ,has given me the bug again.So my goals are to compete again and earn my Pro card and Promote Jenny Arnold Movement.

I Am Looking for Advice On:

My Motivation is my desire to strive and achieve, To obtain that Pro Card and Take Myself and my Business to a whole new Level. So I am looking forward to competing with W.N.S.O for about 5 Years.

My Advice to You to Help You Reach Your Body Proud Goals:

If you fail to plan... You Plan to FAIL!!! Stay focussed and REMEMBER THIS!!! When you are on Stage..... You are not Competing against the person on your right or on your left???? You are competing against yourself EVERYTIME!!!To improve and make gains every time you step on stage!!!!!! Anything else is a bonus........... HAVE FUN!!!!!!! At the end of th day it,s about how you feel about yourself!!!!!
