Due to this 4 week plateau, I had to take a step back and redo my entire program. I had an awesome Abs and glutes session this morning. So far I'm hoping this revamp will help get me over this hump :) Enjoy your day and happy training!

I haven't put my measurements on here before but these are from today. So far I've lost 36 lbs. altogether.
Summer Regimen Leg #3:
Date: 6/1825/2011
Weight: 189.6 lbs.
Total lbs. lost: 36.6
Bicep: 14.5 in.
Forearm: 8.8 in.
Chest: 37 in.
Waist: 33.5 in.
Hips: 38 in.
Thigh: 19.8 in.
Calf: 15 in.
Wrist: 7 in.
Caliper (Sum of 3 sites): 36
Body Fat %: 17%
