So .. this is gonna be my first blog entry (ever).
This is for them nosy people who want to participate in my (training)life and of course mainly for me. Maybe I can track back my feelings and motivations through my "new plan".
I started my new training 2 weeks ago: 4 weeks strength, 4 weeks mass, 4 weeks definition.
