My Body Proud Moments
I've been active in the health and fitness industry for more than half my life. I love helping people realize their goals both physically and mentally, and in sharing my own transformation, I believe I am able to help others realize their potentials.
Stretching My Comfort Zone
"If you want truly to understand something, try to change it."
"Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work."
"There is a great difference between worry and concern. A worried person sees a problem, and a concerned person solves a problem."

Talents I Wish to Hone.

My Passion Project:
As Chief Operating Officer and partner of Fitness Town Inc, I oversee the daily operations of 8 retail stores and 2 commercial divisions. My focus is simple – provide fitness solutions for residential and commercial clients by guaranteeing top quality products and expert services at competitive prices. Complementing the equipment business, I provide my clients with education on the importance of proper nutrition and supplementation, and service them via my on-line store, www.EatHealthyNow.ca
Raised in Bowmanville, Ontario, I now live with my 2 children and loving wife, Christie, in Surrey, B.C. I'm an active member of the board for Retail BC, a provincial association of retailers and suppliers, where my input is able to assist in the support of BC retailers and address the issues facing them today. I'm also a member and VP of Public Relations of the Whiterock Early Morning Toastmasters organization, and when not honing my public speaking abilities, I spend time volunteering with various non-profit organizations. As the editor of the Fitness Town Health & Wellness Blog and The Moose is Loose, I am able to live out my passion for writing and sharing best health and fitness practices.
My driving goal is to impact and empower people to improve their bodies and minds, inside and out, allowing for longer, more enjoyable lives and continued personal growth. I'm always open to discussing health, fitness, nutrition and business, and can be reached by email at email@example.com anytime.
