Love Your Body. Be BodyProud!

Imagine feeling on top of the world; blazing forward with extreme confidence in everything you do: knowing at your core that you can do whatever it is you choose. Imagine feeling chock-full of energy; developing new abilities (like touching your toes with out bending your knees; lifting heavy boxes with ease); healing emotionally and/or physically; being more healthy than when you started; feeling great in your clothes; feeling more confident than before... AND inspiring your friends and family to follow your lead. Uplifting, right?

Well, it's not just "imagination". It's reality in the making. Imagining helps to create what is real.

Try it... Create your most BodyProud self. Focus on your body health, its appearance, your mind, heart, and spirit (they are all connected and developing one can improve the others). Look at photographs. Examine people. Research what you admire - both in appearance and personal qualities. Use that to determine what you would most enjoy for yourself.

Then see it. Actually visualize your body. How does it look? Is it curvaceous? symmetrical? defined? athletically toned? muscled? pleasantly plump?... Examine your current physique. Is there an area that you would like to sculpt? your bottom? your legs? your arms? your chest? Determine what would allow you to feel comfortable being photographed and/or on the beach.

Now feel it. Imagine how it would feel looking through the eyes of your newly sculpted physique. Better health, more energy, vibrance, increased confidence... What is it you seek? You can have it all. How would it feel to have a body that can run, jump, slide into the splits, do things you once enjoyed or would love to experience?! Feel that feeling. Really experience it and embody all the sensations and emotions that go along with it.

Now, want it. Desire it. After all, you can have it!

Studies show that visualizing and feeling what you intend for yourself creates a quicker pathway to achieve those results. The fact that you 'see it' means it is possible. It's now there... and just needs to be sculpted and prepared.

So... go after it. Attain it. Learn what you need to learn. Modify, change, tweak, and/or restructure. Baby steps or bold leaps. It's your choice. Set goals and subgoals. Choose a date for your big reveal - whether it's for yourself in front of a mirror, for your family and/or friends, as part of a BodyProud showcase event, or even as a competitor in a physique competition. Often the goals that sit outside your comfort zone are the ones that prove to be most effective in ensuring you stay on track through out. It is these same goals, that when once reached, allows you to celebrate your triumphs with extra excitement. So choose wisely.

Need more motivation? Well, that's why the BodyProud Community was developed. Ask questions. Interact with mentors. Read member profiles, their transformation triumphs and/or their "aha" moments. Plus, be sure to keep track of your transformation journey. Doing so will inspire others!
