Describe your regular-out-of-competition training routine?
Wow, where do I start?? I train 6 days a week with one day of rest. I train my lower body more than any since, that is my "trouble" area. During off-season, I train once a day working one body part a week. I do at least 45 minutes of cardio everyday in addition to my weights. My cardio varies from working on machines to running sprints. I do plyometrics too which helps me focus on my lower body as well. I constantly change my…
