It all started out during my 8th grade summer when I took summer gym. During summer gym, everyone had to run/walk 3 miles for the first 3 weeks and the last 3 wks we rode our bike for 15 miles. During this 6 week period we had to keep track of our diets. I got real interested in health and being in shape. We also went to the gym and got a basic idea with weight training like what it was & its benefits. When I turned 14 I decided to join a gym. I mostly did cardio and didn't know much about strengh training. My freshman year I had a personal trainer, he tought me how to workout. Every since then i've been into working out and it grew on me over the years. I've felt better as a person. I had more energy, more confident, focused better, etc. I have never took more than a week off from working out since the age of 14. Now, I am wanting to be a personal trainer eventually and do PTA. I love exercise/fitness/health. I've been a long way with it all! I am still learning and always will be! (:

I believe everyone should be in some exercise program even if its going outside play a favorite sport. YOU should make it fun, interesting and not stressful. The diet should be clean for better results with physique and health. Never leave a fitness component out! Muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular, and flexibility! Always try to improve all of the components and never leave one out if you want the most out of it!
My GAME Play Strategy:
Goals: gain muscle/lean out
Improve flexibility
help others with exercise/health from my experiences
become a trainer eventually & be successful
more confident with myself and always wanting to improve my physique
