My Dad was a runner-up in the 1950's for the Mr. Hawaii Contest. I grew up eating and living a healthy lifestyle. I started lifting weights at around 5 years old. My dad taught me everything.
What Made Me "ME"
To my family for teaching me to enjoy life, and not let the everyday life of stress control your life. Eat healthy colorful food. Take life as an experience of joy. Be happy your alive.

Lately my motivation has dropped, due to stress in my family. I need to get back my motivation, because I exercise at home by myself.

"You are what you eat!" To stay young, you must act young and train everyday (whethter it's lifting weights, jogging, or the best yet is just walking).

Being a 4 sport athlete in football, basketball, baseball and track. I feel gifted in athletics, because everything I try out for I am good (bowling, tennis, boxing, swimming, and coaching).

Having great genes from my dad's side of the family. I only wish that I can live as long as they are doing ( 1 uncle is 95 yrs. old, another uncle is 93 years old, my dad is 91 years old, and my last uncle is a young 90 years old.) They all never drank alcohol nor ever smoked their entire life.
