When I am in the gym pumping my muscles hard with the barbells and dumbbells, I can feel the blood flowing into my muscles, giving me that pump that causes them to swell. Each time I do a set of bench presses, squats, or deadlifts, I can feel my body improving and that lets me know that I am doing what is preached at BodyProud.org. Using strict form and doing the right amount of exercises combined with the proper number of reps and poundages has helped me to improve my body, but none of what I have accomplished up until now would have been possible without the advice, information, and support that I have received from the members at BodyProud.org.

A few minutes ago I visited Laura Creavalle's profile on the internet and her spectacular body inspired me to become BodyProud. Her amazing development is beyond belief. Every inch of her breathtaking body is an example of perfection in human form. The definition, size, proportion, and muscularity is years ahead of the competition and she was able to achieve her level of success by following the principles that are preached at BodyProud.org. Just looking at her photos, makes me want to pump some iron in the middle of the night.

I just spent 30 minutes looking at photos of the late Laura Combes and her incredible physique made me BodyProud. How a woman can have so much determination, and courage to transform her body into one of the best physiques the civilized world has ever seen is a tremendous accomplishment. I know millions of people around the world who aspire to become professional bodybuilders or to just simply improve their bodies, view Laura as a role model. She is my idol, my mentor, my role model, and if she were still alive today, I am sure she would be proud of BodyProud.org.

The United States is a nation of 300 million people and nearly one third of Americans are overweight. If everyone in America followed the principles of BodyProud.org, we would have fewer people with heart disease, clogged arteries, high blood pressure, and bad backs. It would also eliminate obesity. How many of us take the stairs when we visit an office building or park our vehicles several hundreds yards from a building so we can walk farther and lose some bodyfat? I am so glad that I decided to live a lifestyle of health and fitness from a very early age and BodyProud.org has reinforced what I have learned over the years.

Every time I pick up a copy of Muscle and Fitness or Flex and flip through the pages, I get a feeling of BodyProud. Seeing all those men and women with incredible physiques gives me encouragement when I am pumping iron. On Friday morning I was in my garage working my upper body and as I completing my set of bench presses, I thought about those muscular arms I saw on the pages of those magazines. I am willing to work very hard to develop a pair or arms that will get people's attention. Seeing the results that other people have achieved has given me hope and determination in my pursuit of a better body.

Every time I go to 24 Hour Fitness and pump iron, I become BodyProud. I enjoy the feeling when I see my muscles pumped full of blood and bulging. I can tell by the way I feel when I have had a great workout. Each time I go to the gym, I am following the principles that have been set by BodyProud.org. I am living a lifestyle of health and fitness. There is no bettter way to live than the BodyProud way.

BodyProud is a choice, and tonight I am going to tell you why I made it my choice. When I was in grade school, I developed an interest in health and fitness when I saw Franco Columbo on the cover of a bodybuilding magazine during the decade of the 1970's. He had an incredible body and I was impressed with his fantastic development. His arms, chest, back, legs, neck, and forearms. looked liked they were made of stone. He reminded me of a Greek God carved out of stone, but Franco was in the flesh. His muscles and veins were attention grabbers and he certainly caught my interest. I decided right then and there, that I would build up my body to the best of my ability. Over the years I have made some impressive accomplishments and I would never have been successful if I had not made BodyProud my choice.

Last night I went to the Home Depot on Woodridge and when I entered the store, I saw the most beautiful woman in Houston. She was hispanic and had a body that resembled a Greek Goddess. She had long black hair and every inch of perfectly created body was the epitome of perfection. When I laid my eyes on her, I felt BodyProud, because here was an individual who followed the principles of BodyProud.org. Her incredible physique was a result of a lifetime of health and fitness and there was no mistaking her for a couch potato. We spoke for a few seconds and she made a lasting impression on me. When ever I see people with well developed bodies, I am reminded of what it means to be BodyProud.
